Exchange and return policy

The order can be cancelled if the product has not been shipped (pending review).


When we ship your order, you will receive a message on the mobile number registered in the order confirming shipment, along with the tracking number.


• If the product has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.

• If the order status becomes “executed,” meaning that the shipping policy has been printed, the order cannot be modified or added to.


Important note:

If the order number status becomes executed, meaning the shipping policy has been printed and the customer wishes to cancel the order, the shipping value will be deducted. This only includes the full payment and not the installments (Tabby or Tamara, etc.).

The amount will be returned to the customer after the shipment returns to the store and it is confirmed that the products have not been opened or used by the customer.


If you wish to cancel the order and the order status is under review

Meaning (before shipping the product and executing the order), please contact customer service to complete the cancellation procedures, taking into account providing the relevant employee with the following information:


Full name used in the application

order number

Mobile number used in the request


• In the event of ordering and paying in installments (Tamara or Tabby), the customer cannot cancel or return the order in any case, even if the order status is under review.



Exchange and return policy:


In order to ensure your safety and health, Raghad Henna Store does not allow returns or exchanges of its products for health reasons and to preserve public health. Except for products that arrive to you through a manufacturing error determined by customer service or that are not required only.


You can exchange or return the product that arrives to you with a manufacturing error, as decided by the customer service available at Raghad Henna Store.



Provided that:


The replaced or returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been used, opened, or had any packaging features altered. The original purchase invoice must be available.


You can replace or return the damaged product within 2 days from the time of receiving the product. After this period, the customer is not entitled to claim after 48 hours.


The exchange or refund process may take 7-10 business days.


The amount will be refunded after the damaged product arrives to us and its condition is confirmed, and then the amount will be transferred to your account within 3-7 working days from the date we receive the product.


If you wish to replace the damaged product and choose an alternative product, please transfer the difference between the damaged product and the alternative product, if there is a price difference.
